Points to Note When
Using AAG Compressed Air Dryers |

Read the operation instructions carefully before using your device.

Do not let any person other than the authorized service personnel open
the outer casing of your device. There is a pressurized chamber inside.
Can pop out during mounting dismounting and cause work accidents. If you
have to open you must first discharge this compressed air. For this
discharging close the valves no "3 and 14 and open the manual
valve under filters no 11 and 8 or the automatic discharge valve and
start of he dismounting or mounting for service after you make sure the
compressed air inside is completely discharged.

Use your device on a firm and flat surface.

Ensure that the voltage at the site of use of the device is the same as
the voltage level specified on the label of your device.

Do not keep or use your device near combustible or flammable materials
such as store, under racks etc.

Do not keep or use your device in dusty, rusty or moist places.
-
Do not use any metal tools or equipment and abrasive cleaners
(chemicals) to clean your device. You may damage your device.
-
Do not immerse your device or its cable in water. You can wipe with a
dry cloth.
-
When unplugging your device from the socket do not pull from the cable
-
Use your device always in an earthed socket
-
Take care that the power cable of your device does not contact hot
surfaces
-
If your cable is damaged or the device is out of order do not use it.
Contact authorized service.

Use the cable of your device fully unwounded
-
Do not drop the device during moving or transportation, avoid hard blows
-
Use an air filter on the installation before and after the air dryer
that is according to the operation pressure and flow
-
Do not place a load in excess of 10 kg on your device
-
Strictly avoid contact with liquids
-
Do not operate in hot environment (ambient temperature max.25 C°
~ 35 C°)
-
Clean the condenser of your device with compressed air once a week
-
Set value +3 C° (dewing point)
-
It is not recommended that the device is used by any person other than
the person in charge of the device

Before Using the Device |

Take your device out of the box carefully

Check for any assembly or transportation errors
-
Place your device on a firm surface taking care for safety warnings

Check for leaks in the air installation your device will be used in

Operation of the Device |

Insert the plug in the socket
-
Bring the air installation to open position
-
Bring the on/off switch to "on"
|

Operation Errors |
- Do not operate your
device in voltages specified under technical specifications
- Do not use at a
pressure above its capacity
(Pmax.=13 bar),
and flow (IDEAL DRYER RATED FLOW), at ambient temperature
(tmax.=40°C)and
at compressed air input temperature
(tmax.=45°C).
In this case THE IDEAL DRYER RATED FLOW formula should be used.

- In situations
where the ambient temperature and the air input temperature are high the
intermediate cooler shown with number 3 in the layout plan and the water
separator shown with number 4 should be added to the system.
- Do not use
outdoors
- Do not interfere
with the digital indicator settings as not to spoil the settings. (If
you have to set your device, you will see the set value when you push
the SET button without releasing. To change this value keep your finger
on the SET button and raise or lower the SET value with arrow
▼▲
buttons.
- If there is a
by-pass line on the installation your device is connected to bring it to
closed position
- If there are any
problems with the electrical installation your device is connected to do
not operate your device
